Who am I?

I have served as an elected member of the Eureka Union School District and am currently seeking re-election. For eight years, I have ensured that EUSD provides the highest quality TK-8 Education.

Under my leadership, EUSD has maintained the highest test scores in our region for Math and English Language Arts. Student scores have steadily improved on statewide assessments throughout my tenure on the EUSD board.

Outside of my role on the Eureka Union School District, I am a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience. I have served as a senior executive of multiple healthcare systems serving California, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii. I have also served on the board of numerous healthcare systems, as well as Not-For-Profit organizations providing services to children in need.

I hold a Master of Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
